Police are appealing for witnesses after a cyclist was injured in a collision with a car in Warminster last month.

The cyclist, a man in his 60s, was involved in a collision with a grey Ford Focus shortly before 5pm on Monday December 11 in Imber Road.

The cyclist was taken to Salisbury District Hospital by ambulance, where he was treated for minor injuries.

PC Will Ayres, from the Roads Policing Unit, said officers were trying to piece together exactly what happened in the build-up to the collision, so were appealing for anyone who may have seen either the cyclist or the car to get in touch.

Anyone with information is asked to contact PC Ayres on 101. Alternatively information can be left anonymously by calling Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
