A CAMPAIGN is under way in Melksham to re-open the town’s toilets in the King George V Park for public use.
Town mayor, Cllr Adrienne Westbrook, says their re-opening will be included in a strategy review of the park.
She said: “We can’t re-open them immediately. That would not be practical.
“But they will be included in the strategy review of the park.
“We would like to take this forward and it is something that will be looked at.”
The toilets were closed two years ago by Wiltshire Council.
