IT was a night to remember for C4s-Search Ltd at the Wiltshire Business Awards on Friday night as the Swindon firm scooped up the learning and development employer of the year award.
The IT, engineering and digital recruitment business team, who also won the award for the loudest team on the night, punched the air in delight, before being presented with the accolade by award sponsors Swindon’s Bespoke Training Services and HR4 Business.
This category rewarded businesses investing in their people through learning and development, either through apprenticeships, graduate programmes, management and people development.
One of the founders, Ryan O'Hara, said: "We did not expect this! We are a relatively new business. We have had some ups and downs over the last five and a half years but we have loved every minute of it.
"There were three of us early on and now there are 20 of us tonight. It has been quite the journey and there is a lot more to come."
An Apple a Day Supply came in a gallant second in the category, ahead of Complete I.T and SMARTech Energy.
Gemma Hector, of An Apple A Day Supply, added: "I am absolutely delighted to receive this. Next year we will try to go one better."
