A GAMBLE paid off for the Wiltshire Inch Loss Clinic after it scooped the Creative Marketing gong at the Wiltshire Business Awards on Friday.
The award, sponsored and introduced by Swindon-based C3 Marketing, looked at the best demonstration of business improvement through creative marketing.
The Dilton Marsh clinic beat out competition, at the Venue in Longleat, from Active Potential Therapy, second, Naturally Social, third, and Miles Window Systems and Chippenham Motor Company.
Owner Lisa Wrintmore, said: “I am overwhelmed and really grateful. One year ago I started the business. It was a leap and it was a bit scary, but there are no regrets.
“If you are thinking about if something like this is the right thing to do, just go for it.”
After accepting the award she added: “It is just me and a part time worker. I have been able to adapt my working background of a corporate environment into a small business. It was a risk but it is going well.
“This is a massive shock. I am still shaking. We are punching above our weight and there is lots more to come. It has been an incredible year.”
The clinic offers treatments in reducing unwanted fat safely. Its treatments include cryo lipo fat freezing, ultrasound cavitation, laser lipo and radio frequency treatments for the face and body.
