Offices close to the centre of Trowbridge are poised to go under the auctioneer’s hammer next month – and could be converted into apartments.

The commercial property, with upper floors, at 7 Church Street is being sold by Clive Emson land and property auctioneers at the Rose Bowl stadium near Southampton on June 8.

With a freehold price guide of £85,000-£95,000, the corner building was being used as a computer shop on the ground floor, with a frontage and access to office space on the first floor.

Rob Marchant, the Clive Emson auctioneer, said: “It is considered the offices have potential to be converted into residential accommodation, subject to all the necessary consents being obtainable.”
