Teenager Joshua Moss pleaded guilty to robbing a woman of her handbag and contents on December 4, when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court.
Moss, 18, of Park View Children’s Home, Trow-bridge, asked for two other thefts to be taken into consideration when he is sentenced.
The case, heard last Friday, was adjourned for a pre-sentence report and Moss was released on bail until February 17, on condition he lives at the children’s home and observes a night time curfew.
