Victorian Day in Chippenham

Take a step back in time on Saturday, between 10am and 4pm, at Wiltshire and Swindon History Centre in Chippenham.
Visitors are invited to travel back to a time where Dickens chronicled the lives of the richest and poorest members of society and Queen Victoria took the throne at the age of 18.
Historians at the centre will host a series of events during the free day, including the chance to see some of their Victorian treasures from the archive and make your own Victorian toy.
