Melksham shoplifter's toiletries haul

A serial shoplifter has been fined after being caught stealing from three stores in Melksham.

Daniel Mark Hewitt, of Charter Road, Chippenham, was convicted at North West Wiltshire Magistrates’ Court on three counts of theft on Monday.

Magistrates heard he stole two bedding packs from Poundstretcher on July 28, then hair dyes from Boots and perfume from Superdrug on October 20. After pleading guilty to all counts, he was told to pay a total of £194.78 in compensation to the three stores, plus £50 court costs.

Gardening in July and probably had a date on October 21st and wanted to look and smell nice. Wonder where he will go "shopping" for Christmas Poundland?
