New courses will offer tips to bereaved carers

Relate Mid-Wiltshire is offering advice for bereaved carers, with courses in Chippenham and Trowbridge starting next week.

The two-day Moving Forward courses are designed for older carers to help them adjust to new circumstances, using small, informal sessions with a Relate counsellor.

Future courses are planned in Devizes and for people in different age groups.

Next week’s courses start on October 17 and 24, at the Angel Hotel in Chippenham and on October 18 and 25 at the Conservative Club in Roundstone Street, Trowbridge.

Each day runs from 10am to 3.30pm.

The courses are £5, with funds going towards refreshments.
