trowbridge site expansion is a great birthday gift

A Trowbridge company has celebrated its second anniversary by announcing a major site expansion.

Edmundson Electricals only started trading in October 2010, but is already taking over a new business unit and expanding its storage capacity from 5,000 to 7,500 square feet. The new acquisition will increase its holding capacity for the SWA electrical cables it stocks, allowing the fast- growing company to increase further.

“More storage space means we can hold more customers’ goods, and we now have the ability to increase our cooling-off period,” said Colin Elliot, manager of Edmundson’s.

“The site only opened in 2010, and we have had some really good growth in that time.”

When the company started it employed four people but has had to take on more staff as demand has increased.
