Absolutely Fabulous Flowers in Church Walk, Trowbridge, celebrated its offical opening on September 22 with a ribbon cutting ceremony. Owner Natalie Carpen-ter was surrounded by family, friends and customers as the ribbon was cut by Trowbridge mayor Cllr John Knight and wine and champagne was enjoyed. Miss Carpenter moved into the new premises, a few doors down from her previous store, as it offered more space to show off her wares. She said: “It went really well, we had a lot of friends and family and quite a lot went on. “It’s been going OK so far.

“I think I’ll be able to tell if things have picked up at Christmas at the busy time, but a lot of people are stopping to look in the window and buying plants. I’m really happy with it.”
