Council vetoes homes scheme

A proposed four-house development on land to the north of Deverill Road, Sutton Veny, was rejected by Wiltshire Council planners last week, who said it was inappropriate for the conservation area and the entrance to the village.

Is this another case of NIMBYISM I wonder? Never mind the totally inappropriate planning decisions in North Bradley opposite the White Horse Business Park and in the town itself!!
