POLICE today appealed for witnesses after a man was mugged near an alleyway in Chppenham last night.
Two men attacked a lone male walking near the alleyway in Wood Lane, close to Charter School at about 11pm.
Both offenders are described as black and wearing hoodies. The first was about 6ft tall with a thin face and of skinny build. He is said to have had a Jamaican accent.
The second mugger is described as 5ft 8in tall, chubby with a fat face.
Witnesses should call Chippenham CID on 0845 4087000.
