Carpenter Dan Dove who was Tasered while naked in custody by PC Lee Birch says he’s lost all faith in justice system after the officer was acquitted of assault and misconduct. PC Birch, 30, pictured, discharged his weapon into the bare chest of Daniel Dove in a cell at Melksham Police Station on December 23, 2012.
