 Vodafone's Telephone Account Management Team in Trowbridge dressed up as stars of film. They raised £265 for Children in Need which Vodafone generously doubled.

 Kiddiwinks Pre-School Pyjama Day.
To help raise money for Children in Need the Pre-School held a Pudsey Bear Pyjama Day on Friday 16th November. 19 children came in their pyjamas & brought a teddy, which they thought was very amusing, especially to see their teachers in their pyjamas. They gave a donation to Children in Need, raising £21.

Corsham MoD's 241 Signals Squadron, 10 Signal Regiment, entered into the spirit of the Children in Need appeal by dressing up in a variety of guises, including scooby-do, batman and the pink panther on 16 November. By welcoming employees at the main gate and visits to offices, they raised £700. Their efforts are part of a larger, combined, 10 Signal Regiment drive to help the charity - Royal Signals staff around the country are also taking part in a cycle tour which started in Northern Ireland and ended at the BBC studios on Friday night.

 A teddy bear auction took place at the Bupa care homes in Westbury on Friday 16th November in aid of Children in Need.

 More than 30 Judo club members, including children as young as seven years
old, were on fighting form after smashing their annual record for the number
of throws performed in 30 minutes.
Trowbridge Judo Club, in Innox Road, raised more than £400 for Children in
Need after completing 2,297 throws, which completely smashed last year's
record of 559.
Instructor Kerry-Lee Mallows, 19, a First Dan black belt instructor at the
club, said: "The children were extremely tired afterwards but they still did
their normal training afterwards. They did very well."
 Natasha Bidwell, landlady of the Weymouth Arms in Warminster, had her head shaved to raise money for Children in Need.....
 ....Meanwhile a Weymouth Arms customer known as 'Farmer' from Codford had a full body wax to raise money for Children in Need.

Haine & Smith in Emery Gate gave a lens cleaning service and raised £142.63
for Children in Need. A raffle also raised £103.
