AN ELVIS impersonator rocked the house as Pharaoh in a school performance of Joseph and his Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat.
Frank McNestry Prime, seven, played an Elvis-style Pharaoh in the play, at St Joseph's Primary School, in Plaistow Lane, Bromley.
The 60-strong cast of seven to nine year olds belted out songs from the original show to packed audiences of parents, teachers and friends on two successive nights.
Deputy headteacher Jane McIntyre, who directed the show, said: "When we first raised the idea of attempting this production, there were many doubters.
"But the children worked really hard, and I think everyone will agree we proved the doubters wrong."
