ASPIRE, the spinal injuries charity based at the Royal National Orthopaedic hospital in Wood Lane, Stanmore, is looking for people to take part in the London Triathlon on its behalf on August 3.
Aspire, the British Triathlon Association's charity of the year, has a few places left in its team for people able to swim 1.5 kilometres, cycle 40 kilometres, and run 10 kilometres, while raising at least £500 in sponsorship. For full details, call Jenny Salter on 020 8420 6703.
