ELEVEN patients suffering from Legionnaires disease remain in Furness General Hospital.
Three are in intensive care but the condition of the other eight was Thursday night described as "comfortable".
Ian Cumming, chief executive of Morecambe Bay Hospitals NHS Trust, said: "Unfortunately we do have one patient giving us cause for concern." Another death last week brought the death toll for the disease to five.
There is sill one unconfirmed disease fatality.
