Two men were treated by ambulance staff following the crash between a Volkswagen and Peugeot at about 7pm on a bend near the Wingfield Crossroads.
Neither casualty is not thought to be seriously injured.
The crash comes just four days after a 30-year-old woman from Bath was killed on the A366 at Wingfield.
