Girls have it all wrapped up!
The Wrap Attack team from St Augustine's
The Wrap Attack team from St Augustine's

PUPILS at St Augustine's Catholic College in Trowbridge wrapped up a famous victory at a Young Enterprise competition on Tuesday.

The team beat rival companies from five schools to win through to the county final on May 15 in Swindon.

Members of Wrap Attack, a customised gift wrapping company, wowed the judges with their financial report, their promotional stand and an eight-minutes presentation on their success.

In second and third place, and joining them at the county final to represent central Wiltshire, will be X-Event, an events company from George Ward School in Melksham and Sprint, the company from Dauntsey's School, Devizes.

Nigel White, chairman of the central area youth enterprise scheme and head of commercial at HSBC in Trowbridge, said: "The standard of presentations continues to improve year after year.

"In fact a number of judges said after the presentations that they would love to have them working at their company which is praise indeed."
