A SCHEME to demolish two former police homes and replace them with four houses and nine flats looks set to be refused.
Planners at West Wiltshire District Council have voiced their concerns over the proposal for 51 and 52 Rutland Crescent in Trowbridge.
In a report, they said the scheme amounts to over development of the land and would have a negative impact on the lives of those living close-by due to a loss of privacy, over shadowing, over looking and general disturbance.
