Daniel Morgan, 27, is said to have carried out the attack after breaking into a woman's home in Bitham Mill on January 27.
Morgan, of Bitham Mill, pleaded not guilty to one charge of rape when he appeared before a judge at Swindon Crown Court on Friday.
He was remanded in custody until Thursday May 15 when he will appear at a pre-trial hearing. He will face trial on July 21.
