Eco-friendly?

HAVE you seen the new 'eco' house built in Staverton? It is by the traffic lights and opposite the CPUK factory.

It may be eco but it is certainly not friendly! The builders have turned the whole area around the site into what can be described as a disaster area. It looks like an unorganised dumping site. I have waited over a year to see some improvement, instead it gets worse.

Are these people allowed to turn a pleasant area into an eyesore with impunity? When you consider that in Bradford on Avon you almost need council permission to change a light bulb it seems strange that this situation is allowed to continue.
