WILTSHIRE SUNDAY CUP PREVIEW: Jager desperate to get game played

WILTSHIRE Sunday Cup holders FC Jager will be hoping that it will be third time lucky this weekend and get to play their delayed quarter-final clash away at Swindon League Division one leaders New Century WMC.

Barry Holloway’s men know that local rivals and fellow top flight AFC Melksham await the winners and this may just give them the added boost they need to make it past what is a very good side.

With a massive game for Melksham Town looming on the Monday evening it is likely that Jager will be without many key players due to their commitments to their Saturday sides.

What makes things worse this weekend is that Melksham are due to host Bradford Town, for whom a few more of Holloway’s men play, so the holders are looking at a bringing in a number of fringe players which will no doubt make their task harder than it already was.
