THE overnight rain bit into today's football schedule, with several matches postponed.
Melksham Town's Les Phillips Cup quarter final at Willand Rovers was one of those off, while Devizes Town's Toolstation League First Division home meeting with Welton Rovers also fell victim to the elements.
In Hellenic League Division One West, Malmesbury Victoria's home meeting with Lydney Town was also off, while Frome's Evo-Stik League Southern Premier Division trip to Hemel Hempstead Town was postponed.
