CHIPPENHAM Town boss Mark Collier has confirmed that striker Lee Phillips and midfielder Iain Harvey will miss the Bluebirds’ Boxing Day clash with West Country rivals Frome Town.

Phillips and Harvey are both struggling with hamstring injuries whilst Harley Purnell could also be missing as his partner is expected to give birth in the coming days.

Joe McClennan faces a late fitness test on a bruised shin but defender Jon Beeden returns to Chippenham squad after a spell on holiday whilst on-loan Swindon Town man Aaron Oakley is also in line for his Bluebirds debut.

Frome parted company with manager Brian O’Donnell last Saturday.
