JUST one match of those scheduled survived at the weekend – and Sportzcoach took full advantage to close the gap on Division Three leaders Melksham Cosmos.

They were hosted by North Wilts, who are currently bottom of the table, at Lefy Lane, the home side having lost the previous encounter between the sides 5-2.

Sportzcoach inflicted a 10-0 thumping on their rivals this time to move just five points behind Cosmos.

Dan Moore scored the first two oSportzcoach goals and Mark Bowsher made it 3-0 before Moore completed his hat-trick.

A second from Bowsher and a fourth of the morning from Moore – taking his tally for the season to 36 in all competitions – gave his team a 6-0 lead at the break.

The second half followed a similar pattern, Liam Richards adding goal number seven before the unfortunate Adam Atack put through his own net for the eighth.

Dean Shaw netted number nine and a second from Richards took the tally into double figures as Sportzcoach romped home.
