HAVING reached the summit of Division Two prior to Christmas, Southwick Wanderers will be disappointed that their efforts have counted for nothing following the withdrawal of GRFC.
The loss of the six points that the villagers gained from their two victories over GRFC has seen them drop to second spot, but Matt Rusling’s side could reclaim pole position should they beat Potterne this coming weekend.
Sutton Benger play host to Talbot FC and having beaten their guests 5-3 way back in September the villagers will be hoping that they can complete a double over the Calne-based side.
