The appeal into Stephen Lee’s 12-year ban from snooker came to a close yesterday.
The proceedings, taking place at an unspecified location in London, has seen Trowbridge sportsman attempt to clear his name after being found guilty of seven charges of match-fixing last September.
The incidents took place between 2008 and 2009.
Lee, 39, of Birch Gardens, Hilperton, maintains he is innocent.
He was investigated after being the subject of irregular betting from groups connected to former sponsor Paul Jones, a financial advisor, ex-manager Neil Clague and friend Ian McDougall of Staverton.
There is no date for the appeal’s outcome at present.
