WEST Wilts Diving Club and diver Finn Aubrey are celebrating a brace of county awards.
The Trowbridge-based club picked up the Wilts County ASA trophy for county club of the year.
Meanwhile, Aubrey was named Wiltshire Male Athlete of the Year.
The Silbury Cup has been awarded to the club for their involvement in diving at county, regional and national level and for an outstanding team performance in 2013.
They are the first diving club to receive this award since 1995.
The club’s Gerald Rutter said: “We have had a truly fantastic year and we are very honoured to be presented with this award’ The Henge Award was awarded to Aubrey as top Wiltshire ASA male athlete of 2013.
Aubrey has followed in the footsteps of Paralympic swimmer Aaron Moores, also from Trowbridge, becoming the first diver to receive the accolade.
Head coach, Melanie Sweetman said: “Finn is without question a very successful diver and we are very proud that he has received this award.’’
