THE Division Three relegation match featuring Wren FC and Old Road FC will get top billing this weekend.

Wren look to avenge their 2-1 loss from October but, having lost seven on the bounce, it will be a massive ask for Matt Fenn’s side to turn things around.

Table topping Melksham Cosmos will move a step closer to Division Two should they beat Worton & Cheverell in a few days time and, having beaten Chris Cole’s side 5-1 back in December, the smart money will be on another victory for the league leaders.

Christian Malford are going from strength to strength and, after extending their unbeaten run last weekend to eight matches and with just one loss in their last 12 games, the villagers be out to avoid a potential banana skin away at Pig & Whistle United.

Sportzcoach Dragonz United, who are in second place, have not played since the start of January when they put 10 past FC North Wiltshire and, if they have their scoring boots on again they could fill them against Crossblades, who they have already beaten 6-1 in December.

Trowbridge Town Supporters Club, who have not kicked a ball in anger for nearly three months, are scheduled to host FC North Wiltshire at their base in Bratton which like most other pitches in the area has been waterlogged since mid-December.
