HILPERTON sprinter Danny Talbot gave England's Commonwealth Games selectors a timely nudge by storming to a new personal best over 100 metres in Bedford at the weekend.
Competing in the Bedford International Games, Talbot clocked 10.14 seconds behind compatriot Adam Gemili, who set a new stadium record of 10.08.
