TWO STARS from the world’s two biggest professional wrestling promotions will be thrilling fans in Trowbridge this Saturday when Pro Evolution Wrestling bring their show to the Civic Centre.

Joel Redman, who fought under the name Oliver Grey when he became an inaugural tag team champion in WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) NXT, will be headlining the bill against Doug Williams, who made his name as a Television champion and X Division champion in the TNA (Total Nonstop action Wrestling).

Saturday’s show will also feature a tag-team championship match between the Alpha Males and the Kartel, as well as a ladies’ bout between Katy Lees and Steff Nixon.

Pro Evolution Wrestling are hosting a bill at the Civic Centre for the second successive year and organiser Lee Hall is predicting a night to savour for wrestling fans.

“We had a great show when we came along last year and hopefully this year can be even better,” he said.

“We’ve got involved with Active Trowbridge, which is something that we like to do, and we gave a few kids the chance to have a go bouncing around the ring last week.

“The front row is already sold out and I’m expecting a great crowd.”

Saturday’s show starts at 7pm. For more information, visit proevowrestling.com.
