ETCHILHAMPTON rider Tommy Bridewell is keen to build on his first podium finish of the season when the MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship resumes at Knockhill this weekend.
The Milwaukee Yamaha ace scored a hard-fought third place in race two at Snetterton last time out and faces another two outings in Scotland.
Bridewell said: "It was nice to get on the podium at Snetterton and get that done for sure.
“At the moment I still feel we are missing that last little bit, but we have made massive improvements now.
“I was riding so hard at Snetterton and I have been watching the races back to see where we are missing that last bit because we need to be fighting for podiums.
“I am confident I can ride to my absolute limit and if I can do that then we shouldn't be far away.
“We have been building confidence and there is no reason why we can't challenge again."
