TROWBRIDGE Paralympic swimmer Aaron Moores claimed a bronze medal on the opening night of the IPC European Swimming Championships in Eindhoven today.
Swimming in the S14 100m backstroke, 20 year old clocked 1:03.50 to finish behind Holland's Marc Evers, who set a new world record time of 1:00.44. Britain's Jack Thomas was second in 1:03.44.
Moores will also compete in the S14 100m breaststroke, which gets under way on Wednesday.
