STEPHANIE Millward's golden run at the IPC European Swimming Championships came to an end tonight as she had to settle for silver in the women's S9 200m individual medley.
Five-time Paralympic medallist Millward, 32, was beaten into second place by compatriot Amy Marren, whom she had beaten to gold in the 100m and 400m freestyle events earlier in the week.
Marren touched home in 2:35.10, ahead of the Box swimmer in 2:38.08, with Spain's Sarai Gascon third in 2:38.18.
Millward goes in her final event, the women's S9 100m butterfly final on Sunday.
