WESTBURY paid the price for a poor first 20 minutes as they slipped to defeat in Yeovil.
A slow start cost the visitors again as they fell behind to a penalty and two converted tries.
Westbury then started playing, with the scrum beginning to dominate and some offloading between the forwards.
They managed to hit back through a short-range try from captain Chris Gillam, Nigel Kershaw converting, and dominated possession for the remainder of the half.
Westbury continued to have control after the break, but were unable to turn their superiority into points.
On the hour mark, the hosts counterattacked and scored a try, but Westbury hit back when number eight Will Newell powered over for a try, Kershaw's conversion attempt falling short.
