MELKSHAM rivals FC Pig & Whistle and Miller Sports A locked horns with each other at Awdry Avenue and, like the first encounter that Miller won 2-0, it was Mike Stevens' side who took the points again thanks to a 4-1 triumph.

Miller started brightly but found themselves one down on two minutes after Ashley Fletcher had given the Pig the lead from the penalty spot.

Although threatened on the counter attack, Miller restored parity after a great run as finish from Paul Walker squared things up before half time.

Miller took the lead in the second half through second half through Richard Moules and they went 3-1 up when Scott Boyd’s cross was headed home by Joe Murray.

It was then one-way traffic and after a number of chances Ashley Monaghan hit a long cross field ball which Paul Walker flicked with his right foot before volleying home with his right.

Sam Young was denied a fifth late on for Miller Sports late on as his long-range drive was tipped round by the post by the Pig keeper.
