Chippenham Town and Frome Town have been drawn against each other the FA Cup
LOCAL rivals Chippenham Town and Frome Town have been pitted against each other in the first qualifying round of the FA Cup.
Mark Collier’s Bluebirds will travel to Badgers Hill on Saturday September 12 with £3,000 in prize money and a place in the second qualifying round on the line.
Chippenham and Adrian Foster’s Frome met in the first qualifying round of the FA Trophy last term, with the Bluebirds running out 3-1 winners at Hardenhuish Park.
The pair are also due to clash in the first round of the Red Insure Cup on October 12 but only if the Robins can overcome Larkhall Athletic in the preliminary round on September 7.
