WILTSHIRE swimmer Stephanie Millward clinched a silver medal in the women's S9 100m backstroke in Madeira today.
Corsham's Millward, 34, who won this title at the championships of 2009 and 2014, clocked 1:12.68 to finish behind Spain’s world and European bronze medallist Nuria Marques Soto, whose 1:09.51 lowered the six-year-old European record in Funchal.
