A 7-1 victory for Somerford FC over Bath Road maintained the villagers' 100 per cent start to the season and took Trevor Rawlings side to the top of the Premier Division table.
Both Ashley Monaghan and Matt Spear scored two goals apiece for Somerford in the first period which also saw Will Stone add a fifth and Jordan Beasley net for Bath Road.
After the break, a third for Monaghan saw him complete a hat-trick and a second of the game for Stone sealed their latest success.
Corsham Youth were beaten 2-1 at the home of defending champions Melksham Town (Sunday).
Melksham dominated the first half with their quick football and had many chances before they finally broke the deadlock. Mo Santali saw his first shot saved by Nick Gingell, but he was on hand to turn in the rebound to give his team a half-time lead.
Corsham Youth grew more confident and produced some lovely football in the second half and missed a few chances before 'evergreen' Ben Moore headed home from a corner to restore parity.
Corsham tried to turn the screw and should really have added a second before Melksham, who were reduced to long shots, broke on the counter attack and, with a carbon copy of the opening goal, Santali was on hand to tap home the winner.
