OLD Road and The Mallard picked up their first points of the season in Division Two following a thrilling 3-3 draw at Stanley Park.

Matt Poole gave Old Road the lead which was cancelled out by Michael Brett.

A second from Poole saw Old Road reclaim the lead and when Nat Dunford put them 3-1 up at the break it looked to be game over.

Mallard were thrown a lifeline prior to half time when Dunford had a second effort ruled out.

They made the most of the let-off and reduced the arrears through James Terry before earning themselves a share of the spoils when Lee Craddock bagged the equaliser.

The Dursley Arms look invincible, the Trowbridge-based side chalking up win number three, courtesy of a 7-4 home success over Westbury Conservative Club.

Steve Knight cancelled out Dan Jordan opener for Dursley, however Cons’ then found themselves 3-1 down as Darren Amador and Alex De Silva netted for the leaders.

Owen Hunter made things a little more interesting when he claimed a second for the Cons’ prior to half time.

After the break, Leon Greenland burst into life for Dursley, scoring a hat-trick to take his tally to 10 in just three games.

Joe Kirkpatrick added a seventh before Hunter and Simon Kent made the scoreline look more respectable with two late goals for the Cons’ Club.
