RELEGATED White Horse FC made the short trip to Warminster for their opening-day Division One clash with FC St George and came out on top with a 6-3 win.

Kyle Tredrea had a debut to remember for White Horse as he scored a hat-trick, his first coming on six minutes. Jamie Hancock made it 2-0 before Tredrea notched his second in the 35th minute.

St George pulled a goal back through Liam Gibbens who was making his first-ever start for Mike Payne’s side. The first half finished with Tredrea completing his hat-trick.

FC St George got themselves back in the game through Kyle Fice debut goal, Nick Mead and a second of the morning from Hancock put White Horse 6-2 up before Greg Richardson marked his debut for St George with their third of the game.

The match at Leafy Lane between FC North Wiltshire and Corsham Oak was abandoned after 88 minutes with the former leading 7-2.

Rich Tandy scored a hat-trick, Ashley Fletcher, Cameron Lee, Ian Page along with an own goal made up the seven. Adrian Webb and Kevin Bance, who was sent off prior to the abandonment, replied for Corsham.
