TROWBRIDGE Town Reserves got their better of their first division counterparts Westbury Town Development 3-0 to book their place in the last 16 of this season’s A M Print & Copy sponsored A&B Cup competition.
Saul Johnson gave them the perfect start when he fired in from an acute angle on four minutes before a 25-yard volley from top scorer Gavin Francis. Elliott Caldicott sealed things with neat finish from six yards in the 58th minute.
A 4-1 victory for Heytesbury at home to The Stiffs saw them come out on top in the all-second division battle, Ik Ichiebuka's double, Sam Roberts and Ashley Kinkead doing the damage as Tom Quadling replied.
Division One pacesetters Three Daggers were way too good for second division outfit Holt, whose cup adventure ended with an 8-2 loss.
A Phil Hampson hat-trick, doubles for Wayne Wheeler and Kane Scott, plus and Adam Bishop strike did the damage, Ashley Styles scoring twice for Holt.
