DEPLETED Cavalier lost more ground at the top of Division One after they were beaten 4-0 by FC North Wiltshire whose win takes them in second place in the table.

Cavalier were behind inside the opening minute as Ashley Fletcher tapped in the opener from a Rich Tandy cross.

Fletcher then turned provider for Tandy who lobbed home for 2-0.

Second-half substitute Matt Webb came off the bench and had an immediate impact as he connected with an Ashley pass to make it 3-0 and was on hand to tap home the fourth of the morning.

Semington made it five wins on the bounce courtesy of a 9-2 success at home to FC St George.

The hosts who have a six-point lead over the chasing pack were given a helping hand by FC St George who had Kenny Burrow, Craig Sheppard and Carl Manton all sent off in the second half.

Rich Allum with four, Dean Shaw, Stuart Barber, Bobby Mitchell, Ed McCormack and Dan Rimmer shared the others.

Kelvin Lockwood and Chris Dore scored for St George.

Sutton Benger lost out 4-2 to Bath Road, who led 2-0 at the break through goals from Tom Sigee and Kai Flack.

Sigee made it 3-0 before Benger struck back, James Weston and a Dan Bendall own goal reducing the arrears.

Any hope of a Benger revival was ended when Flack netted a stunning half-volley.

Westbury rivals White Horse and Westbury Cons shared six goals.

Steve Ball gave Cons the lead before Conner McGiff scored direct from a corner to claim his first-ever goal for Horse.

Bradley King-Taylor bagged a 25 yard free to put Cons 2-1 ahead at the break.

The unfortunate Dave Connolly turned a White Horse corner into his own net to tie the score at 2-2.

Nick Mead put White Horse 3-2 up in the 72nd minute, but a second from Ball saw parity restored.
