TROWBRIDGE youngster Sarah Wilson made her international tetrathlon debut in Potsdam, Germany this month.
As part of the Pentathlon GB U19 team she was fencing competitively for the first time.
Wilson put in a solid performance and racked up 12 victories and 17 defeats, then moved over to the pool where a steady 2mins 31.84secs over 200m positioned her in 18th overall.
The laser run was the final event from a handicapped start. Wilson was 81 seconds behind the first-placed girl, but proved untroubled by that as she recorded the fastest girls run/shoot time of the day and moved up to finish a creditable sixth overall.
