WESTBURY put up a good showing at the Dorset & Wilts One South leaders before slipping to defeat in the second half.
They finished a scoreless first half stronger, Gareth Vaughan’s penalty attempt drifting wide.
The visitors continued to press after the break, but an unlucky yellow card for flanker Andy Twinney proved crucial.
Weymouth took advantage of the natural overlap and scored in the corner.
The visitors defence remained strong until the final minute when Weymouth kicked through and earned a dubious try despite their winger having appeared not to ground teh ball.
Lee Moore and Dan Gould, playing out of position at fly-half, performed well for Westbury.
