CHIPPENHAM TOWN: Mings junior wings it to Bluebirds

CHIPPENHAM Town have signed defender Tyrone Mings from Yate Town.
Mings previously spent several seasons at Southampton’s Academy and played for Bristol Rovers Youth side in 2010-11, when he also had a trial for England Schoolboys.
Until recently, Mings’ father Adie was Director of Football at the Bluebirds, before taking up a post with Chelsea.
The 19 year old hails from Chippenham and is expected to go straight into the squad that travels to Banbury United on Saturday.
