DIVISION ONE PREVIEW: Ashton set to take over at the summit

WITH current Division One leaders Bradford Renegades in Knockout Cup action, Steeple Ashton Rangers should be elevated to top spot come Sunday afternoon.

Ashton are at home to a struggling Bromham (Sunday) side who have lost their opening two matches and are tipped to suffer a third straight loss when they visit St Mary’s to face an in-form home side who ought to claim a high scoring win.

Corsham United entertain Biddestone White Horse in the other fixture in the division and with both teams having one win to their name this is likely to be a closely-fought contest which could go either way.

Should Ashton slip up against Bromham and Corsham get the better of Biddestone then Kai Flack’s side will move to the summit.

However if the visitors play to their full potential they have a chance of getting at least a draw from what should be an entertaining game.
