MID WILTS YOUTH & MINOR LEAGUE: Scollen at double for Combe

EDDIE Swain blasted five goals in Castle Combe Colts’ 6-3 U13 Green Division victory against Melksham United Tornadoes.

Charlie Newman’s strike completed the victory.

The 7-1 home win for Frome Town Youth against Westbury Tigers saw Dylan Ramsey score a hat-trick, Yahya Colley net twice and Nick Perry and Morgan Curle (penalty) also find the net.

Westbury Youth Lions top the table after their 8-1 home win against Bath City Youth, Alfie Green, Joel Bamford and Joe Cole each scoring twice. Max Daykin and Haydon Adams added the others.

U12 Red Division

BISHOPS Cannings maintain their good start with a second win running out 4-2 winners against Bradford Town Youth. Lewis Hawkins, Louis Harrop, Tayte Cooper and Bradley Whatley scored.

U10s Daniel Higgs Memorial Trophy

TROWBRIDGE Town Lions took their place in the main draw for after a 4-1 preliminary round win over Westbury Youth Spitfires. Trailing 1-0, two goals from Cameron Curtis and singles from Tyler Gowie and Harrison Simmonds turned it around.

Larkhall Athletic were 3-1 winners over Chippenham Town Youth White, with goals from Ben Allen, Morgan Henry and Alfie Henderson.

U9 Orange Division

TROWBRIDGE Town Youth Cougars made it two wins on the bounce after a 6-2 triumph at local rivals Trowbridge Wanderers Albion.

Kieran Balchin scored twice, with Archie Stradline, two own goals and Shay Grant also netting. Jamie Allen replied.

U9 Red Division

BISHOPS Cannings recorded their first league win against Castle Combe Colts Black.

Cannings were 3-0 up at half time with goals from Reece Edwards,Tom Cox and Aidan Hunt.

Hunt also hit a second-half hat-trick, Josh Blake adding the seventh.

U10 Red Division

HAT-TRICK hero Ollie Scott led Trowbridge Town Tigers to a 5-0 win over Devizes Town Youth Knights, Josh Timbrell and Mark Brimson also on target.

George York scored the consolation as Trowbridge Town Pumas were beaten 4-1 by Chippenham Town Falcons.

U10 Yellow Division

A FIRST-CLASS performance saw Chippenham Town Youth Yellow run out 6-0 winners against plucky Warminster Highbury Stripes, with goals from Archie Norcott, Declan Kiely, Carlysle Anderson and a hat-trick from Sam Whittock.

U11 Yellow Division

FC CHIPPENHAM gave a solid team performance in their 8-0 win at Warminster Highbury Stripes, Tyler Eddy, Sam Sheehan and Tom Tierney each scoring twice, Toby Fentonand an own goal completing the tally.

Worton & Cheverell remained joint top following their 5-3 home win against Derry Hill United.

Kian Fulford scored twice, Tom Sheppard, Jamie Gatland and Harrison Damon also finding the net.

U13 Blue Division

TROWBRIDGE Town Youth were made to work hard for their 6-4 home victory against Melksham United Hurricanes.

Reece Talmash scored two, Ben Philips, Owen Churchyard, Brandon Mould and Daniel Arberry adding the others.

U13 Green Division

BRADFORD Town Youth Panthers ran out 4-2 winners against Trowbridge Rangers with Luke Thomas, Max Smith, Harry Turner and debutant David Cook the scorers.

U14 Blue Division

WESTBURY Youth got the better of Dilton 4-2, Josh Whitehead hitting a hat-trick and Liam Dimambro the other.

U15 Blue Division

A FIRST-HALF goal for Jamie Hall gave Devizes the three points against visitors Warminster Highbury Youth.

U15 Red Division

OLIVER Graham netted four of home side Devizes Town Youth White’s goals in their 5-2 win against Westbury Youth. George Gibbs added the fifth from the penalty spot.

U16 Blue Division

LATE goals gave Bromham a 4-1 win over Warminster Highbury, Will Thomson twice, Joe Read and Jake Hillier the marksmen.

U16 Red Division

TROWBRIDGE Wanderers continued their excellent start to the new season with a 6-3 success against Devizes Town.

Michael Farmer hit a treble and Jake Farrell and Corey Overend were also on target.

Frome Town Youth earned their second win of the season with an impressive 8-1 home triumph against Bath City Romans. Dylan Payne hit a hat-trick, Jack Collins two and Ed Curtis, Callum Bence and Lloyd Strand the others.

U17/18 Blue Division

WARMINSTER Town made it three wins out of three after running out 5-2 winners at home against Trowbridge Town Youth, for whom Dan Letchford and Kyle Mathews scored.

U17/18 Red Division

AFC CORSHAM’S trip to Laverstock proved worthwhile as they won 7-2, Alex McKenzie and Jamie Jackson with the replies.
